Today my assignment was to hunt for a weather feature. Is February and Rochester is experimenting temperatures as high as 48F. In my quest for a moment that would scream nice weather, I encountered Leanne Smith, 19, Kassandra Stymus, 19 and Heidijane Kesel, 18, all of Rochester. The ladies were at Highland Park with their puppies and a bunch of hula hoops, in the gorgeous light of the afternoon, enjoying themselves. Bingo!!! They made my day.
