A report came over the scanner of blood on a door found by a person entering the building.  At first I thought it might be a homicide but as cops seemed relaxed and were leaving in droves including the homicide investigator not long after I got there, I figured the person was alive.  Evidently this man had entered the building and fell down 15 feet down some very steep stairs.

A Rochester fire official had said the man was homeless and it was nice seeing at a time like this we are all treated equally.
