This was my second visit to Ridgecrest Turkey Farm in Clarkson. I was there just a few days ago to make a panorama of the birds. This time it was for an upcoming Our Towns story. The turkeys are beautiful and odd. They surround you, gently pecking at your clothes and camera gear, brushing against your leg, in constant motion. Both times I found myself growing increasingly claustrophobic before climbing back over the fence and out of their yard.  I’m just hoping to block it all out by Thanksgiving.
