Building owner Chris Calabro, left, of Cortland, meets with Tony Britt of Webster,  on November 17, 2009. Britt and Ed Mineck are hoping to open Rochester Action Sports Park, in the old warehouse at 1244 University Avenue in Rochester.  The two are hoping to open the bike and skate park in early 2010.
