It is sometimes hard to photograph people when they are overcome with emotion, but it is often in these instances that the real story is told. Such was the case with WWII veteran Jack Foy. Foy, the secretary for the Genesee Valley Chapter of the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge, teared up at the end of his address to fellow chapter members as he remembers comrades lost on the battlefield so many years ago, but still not forgotten.   It was also bittersweet as the chapter is closing down after eleven years as many of its members are too old to continue running it.
