In a pear tree - 12/23/2009 - Photo by Annette Lein

Some assignments are just plain fun. I had to photograph the teachers at the Helendale Road Primary School singing and acting out the “Twelve Days of Christmas”  at the annual Holiday Sing-a-Long for the students.  When teacher Debby Merritt stuck her face through the hole in her pear tree costume, I knew there was potential for an amusing photo.  Merritt didn’t disappoint and made me smile when she made a funny face through the opening.
