My morning assignment was to photograph O gauge model trains in Irondequoit. Early in the morning the place had a few families with kids eager to touch the models and listening to the sound made by the miniature trains. There was people of all ages, senior residents from Oak Chapel, teenagers helping the members of the Flower City Tinplate Trackers and about 10 kids.
The room-size display had models with city like panorama. There was an airport, factory buildings, three railroads, a dairy, among many other things.
