I was covering the closing statements in Max Wyant’s trial.  Wyant is accused of fatally shooting his ex-roommate.  At one moment his attorney was talking about that night and the way he was explaining things I thought Wyant might have a reaction to it.  As I moved the camera back towards him I saw a tear in his eye start to come down.  He never made a big display of crying, just quietly shed a few tears.
