I was a little early to the Swearing In Ceremony for the new Greece Police Chief Todd Baxter and I thought I would hang out for a bit in at the Greece Public Library to wait.  I saw Dominic DiLettera, 2 1/2, of Greece watching the fish swim around.  He had the cutest little expression on his face.
