I am sent to the scene of a rollover and I get there just as they start to move a person on a stretcher to the ambulance.  What do I see but the person using their mobile device.  It looked so strange especially in light of the flipped car .  I guess it’s the sign of the times because this is about the third or fourth time I’ve seen someone carted away on a stretcher with a cell phone attached to their ear.
