I was on the top floor of the First Federal Plaza building on Main Street. The round, flying saucer shaped floor was originally home to a revolving restaurant. Now it’s home to the Christina A. Agola law firm. While checking out the view I saw this photo - it looked the buildings were rising out of the mist.
