Daren Venable’s verdict was read today at the Monroe County Court. Venable was found innocent, provoking a mix of rage and sadness to the family members of Jeffrey Bordeaux Jr. present in the courtroom. In the photograph Deremi Bordeaux, the sister of the Jeffrey Bordeaux Jr. started to cry and scream, quickly transmitting the emotions to the rest of the family. In a few minutes there was chaos in the courtroom with about a dozen court deputies trying to keep the situation under control. Even as a detached member of the media it was still difficult to watch the outrage unfolding from Bordeaux’s family.
