I have been at the paper for four years now and I am pretty sure every one of those years I have covered the Kite Flight event at Ontario Beach Park.  It is funny because every year brings something new.  This year I met Julianna Rickey, her father Tom Rickey and mother Kristin Nolan.  Julianna was having so much fun chasing the kite her mother was flying with her father.  It was just too sweet.
